CAndidate for Belleville City Council
Protect what we love.
Promote what we need.
Why I’m Running
Belleville is the community where I grew up and where my wife and I are raising our family. I care deeply about its future and about preserving the sense of community that has made it a great place to call home.
After almost 40 years in Belleville, I’ve watched our city grow and change. I believe we are at an important point in our future, and the decisions being made today will help shape the Belleville our children and the next generation will inherit.
I’m running for City Council because I want to contribute to that future. I want to bring my experience in business, community involvement and working with people to the Council table, while making sure residents have a meaningful voice in the decisions that affect our community.
I believe Belleville has tremendous potential, and I want to be part of the work that helps our city move forward while protecting the qualities that make it such a special place to call home.
A PRactical Approach
Belleville is facing important challenges, from housing and infrastructure to recreation, healthcare pressures and local services. These are complex issues, and I believe meaningful solutions require more than campaign promises.
As a councillor, my responsibility would be to listen to residents, understand the facts, ask thoughtful questions and work collaboratively with Council, City staff and community partners before making important decisions.
I won't promise simple fixes to complicated problems. What I will commit to is doing the work, listening to our community, examining the options, considering the financial impact and advocating for decisions that serve Belleville's long-term interests.
My priorities are clear: responsible growth, a strong local economy, infrastructure and services that keep pace with our community, and a City Hall that listens and responds to residents.
